Life often throws things at us that we don’t understand, we’re not prepared for, and more importantly, we don’t know how to deal with. We find ourselves unable to cope and looking for help.
Perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in family relationships — parenting issues, marriage breakdown, or you’re going through a divorce. Maybe it is the loss of a loved one, or workplace burnout, or financial problems. Problems can range from the potentially life threatening — such as severe depression and suicidal thoughts — to helping men manage their anger.

I’m a registered psychologist practicing in Abbotsford and Maple Ridge, British Columbia. My counselling practice is informed by extensive life experience in many of the areas that I counsel. For the most part, I have been there.
